Aristocrat Valet, L.L.C.1617 S 3rd St

Aristocrat Valet Parking Company is one of the worst companies to work for in St. Louis, MO says former Manager.

Aristocrat Valet Parking has been around for 81 years, you would think with all those years of experience, that they would be among the best. However, that is not the case, if the high turnover rate isn’t enough, they are losing contracts fast.

Magnolia Hotel
Marriott St. Louis Grand Hotel
Hotel Saint Louis

For starters, they lost Magnolia Hotel, Marriott St. Louis Grand Hotel, & Hotel Saint Louis ( 421 N 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63101 ) Less than 6 months ago. They are running out of places to send displaced employees. Now they are on their way to losing another contract.

Element St. Louis Midtown

The element, is next. At this location, one of the desk clerks was sabotaging valet. Moving and holding keys, and providing guest with false information, that was not in compliance with the guideline by the Elements General Manager Janessa. When bought Robert Pohrer & Brian Clark attention, nothing was done. When brought to the Element’s General Manager Janessa she asked, “What we could do better”. She was told that her team was also making mistakes, and if that was addressed, it would help the Aristocrat employees do there jobs.

Which makes sense, right? How can the employees do there jobs if the front desk is holding keys and giving false information?

For whatever reasons, General Manager Janessa reply behind closed door is “I have a problem with people placing blame.” So she isn’t a leader with integrity, nor holds her own employees to a higher standard. If you mix her lack of leadership, and Aristocrat Valet Parking Company trying to consolidate as many employees after another loss, that’s a recipe for failure.

So for example, The Aristocrat Valet Parking Company Manger of the Element’s site was fired. They had no where for the manager to go from the Marriott St. Louis Grand Hotel, so they needed for clear the space, and that manager had been with the company longer. A good ole classic game of playing favorites. After taking this employee, and putting her on a sinking ship, for damage control (Twice) They repay her by firing her, wasting her time, and her families time. So my advice if you work here, don’t plan to stay here for the long haul, and have a back up plan as soon as you start be looking for something better. These people don’t care about their employees.
